The 2026 CrossFit Open & the CrossFit Good Fortune Intramural Open are quickly approaching!! The first workout will drop on Thursday February 26th. Here you'll find all the finer details to reference back to!

Open Heats will run each Saturday during the Open at 9AM, 10AM & 11AM. Heats will not be open for reservations until 24 hours. This will allow time for capacity adjustments to be made depending upon the workout. This allows for appropriate timing, spacing & equipment considerations.
Athlete briefings will be held at 9AM & 10AM to go over the workout, movements standards, scaling options and to assign judges for each athlete. Please arrive early to warm up, cheer on your fellow athletes, and judge (if you've volunteered).
If you cannot make a Saturday morning, we will do our best to accommodate another workout time. Open gym will be available on Friday February 27th & Friday March 6th at 6:30pm for Open workouts.
Note: Christine & Ian will be traveling & unavailable Friday March 13th & Saturday March 14th. Our fantastic coaching team will get your through the final week of heats. Sunday March 15th will be available by appointment to get your workout in if you need to.
8:00AM Classes on Saturdays during the Open will run like any other class. The Open workout will be programmed, but judges will not be available unless requested ahead of time.
Due to heat scheduling. There will be no Olympic Weightlifting classes during the 3 weeks of the Open. Programming will be available if you'd like to do that during an Open gym time during the week.
Week 1: Thursday February 26 - Wednesday March 4
Week 2: Thursday March 5 - Wednesday March 11
Week 3: Thursday March 12 - Wednesday March 19
Note: Official CrossFit Open workouts will need to be completed & scores submitted by Monday at 8PM EST.
Teams will be assigned after all early registrations have been completed. We are creating 4 teams this year & team names will be after Boston sports teams! Below you'll find the team names & their color schemes. Keep these in mind for our final theme week!
Last year was the first time we did theme weeks and it was met with great enthusiasm so we're bringing it back! Participating in the weekly theme will earn you 5 Bonus Points

Week 2: Disney Week
Week 3: Team Week: Colors, Logos, Merch
Individuals will earn points for their team with a combination of workout performance, workout intent & bonus points. Full breakdown below.
We'll be hosting a Post-Open Celebration at the gym on Friday March 20th at 6:30PM. We'll have food and beverages available & you're welcome to bring something to share.
Team winner & prizes will be announced at the party.
