It's hard to believe it's already April!! The sun is shining (mostly) and the weather is starting to warm up (fingers crossed). As we come out of winter and start thinking about fresh foods & farmer's markets, it's a great time to think about building some healthy habits for the spring & summer season. This April we've got lots of exciting things coming in regards to our Nutrition & Accountability programs.
During stressful times in our lives, it’s easy to fall into patterns of reaching for sugary snacks or comfort foods. Those same foods we look to for comfort, however, can leave us feeling more tired, irritable and craving more. This seminar is geared towards providing some additional context for why that happens, but also how to help combat it.

I often hear “I just need to figure out my nutrition” or some version of that around the gym or even just in my everyday interactions. This 28 Day Healthy Habit Kickstart is the perfect opportunity to start building healthy habits around nutrition but also the other elements of a healthy lifestyle. The 28 days is challenge formatted for those with a competitive spirit but also includes group support. This is a great way to learn about the HSN framework and get started on building healthy habits. The challenge will run from 4/27-5/24. The end of the challenge coincides with Memorial Day Weekend Murph as well so it’s a great time to see how your habits can have a positive impact on your performance.
