2024 April News & Updates

We have some exciting updates to share with you this month!

$50 for you! $50 for your friend! Referral Program

First of all, we want to personally thank you for being a loyal member at CrossFit Good Fortune. Myself and the whole coaching team are committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals.

We appreciate you supporting our small, local business, and we have an exciting announcement to share.

Now, when you refer one of your friends and/or family members and they sign up, you’ll get $50 off

your next invoice, and the person you referred will get $50 off their first invoice.

Workout with friends, save money, help your friend save money, and help our community grow! It’s a win for everyone.  When they sign up, we’ll be sure to apply the credits to both accounts!

Bring a Friend Weekend! Saturday May 18 & Sunday May 19

Here’s a great opportunity to share your fitness with your friends and/or family that may or may not have been in the gym before! We welcome all fitness levels to attend either or both days! See you all on May 18 & 19th.

Can’t make it that weekend but what to bring a friend to a trial?  Get in touch with me at and we’ll arrange something that week.  For sign-ups during Bring a Friend Weekend we’ll waive the on-ramp fee in addition to the referral offer.

Starting Friday May 3 we are adding a 3:30pm class Monday, Wednesday & Friday!!

We wanted to make an additional afternoon class available and to do that we’ll be adjusting the afternoon schedule to reflect the times below.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday CrossFit: 3:30PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM 

Tuesday & Thursday CrossFit: 4:30PM, 5:30PM

Gymnastics, Weightlifting, & Open Gym will stay on their current schedule.

Monday April 29- Thursday May 2: New London Fire Department using the gym for training

During these days we will run a modified schedule to ensure you can get your classes in!  We appreciate your understanding so we can provide a space for our first responders.

Modified Schedule 4/29-5/2:

Morning Classes: 5:30AM & 6:30AM, there will be no 9AM Tuesday & Thursday

Afternoon Classes: 4:45PM & 5:45PM

Open Gym: 6:45PM, there will be no morning open gym Monday-Thursday

Gymnastics: Monday 6:45PM

Weightlifting: Wednesday 6:45PM
