Summer might be winding down, but we’re gearing up for a great FALL!! September is quickly approaching and we’ve got a lot of great events coming up.  Below you’ll find all the dates, details & relevant links.

Labor Day Weekend Hours Reminder!

The class schedule for Labor Day Weekend has been updated to reflect our hours for the holiday weekend.  We hope you’ll join us for a session and then enjoy the unofficial end of summer. 

Saturday 8/30: 8:00AM & 9:00AM CrossFit Classes Only, No Weightlifting

Sunday 8/31: Closed

Monday 9/1: Closed

Free Nutrition Talk: 4 Foundations for Hormone Health

Saturday 9/6 11AM: Members Only In Person

Tuesday 9/9 7PM: Virtual & Open to the Public

You have 2 opportunities to join us for a nutrition talk about the 4 Foundations for Hormone Health.  In this session you’ll learn about the 4 foundations to support your hormone health along with some nutrition & lifestyle changes you can take away to start right away.  If you’ve been feeling tired, moody or struggling with sleep this is a great session for you!

4th Annual Run for the Hills 5K

Saturday 9/13 11AM: Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve

The Run for Hills 5K is a trail event right here in town at the Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve.  The event welcomes both runners & hikers!  If you’ve ever visited the preserve you know that it’s a great location for all kinds of activities including running, walking the dogs and just being out in nature.  All the proceeds from the race will go directly to maintaining the preserve.

Dynamic Duo CrossFit Competition

Saturday 9/20 8AM: Norwich Fitness Center

We’re excited to cheer on Coaches Tracey & Christine and Lace & Tricia as they team up for the Dynamic Duo CrossFit Competition.  Over the course of 5 workouts they’ll be testing strength, skill & teamwork!

This is a great opportunity to compete or support!  You can grab a partner & join us or come hang out, cheer loud & represent CrossFit Good Fortune from the sidelines.
